In addition, this course describes the three types of generator status (Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator, Small Quantity Generator, and Large Quantity Generator) along with applicable requirements. Generators must manage their hazardous waste per the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulations.
